Reverend Wheeler Parker is a Chicago native who in 1955 traveled with his cousin Emmett Till to visit family in Money Mississippi While there Till was accused of whistling at a white women which let to him being abducted beaten and shot to death sparking momentum in the Civil Rights Movement This program features Reverend Parker s firsthand account of that horrific day This video contains themes and images that may be disturbing to younger or more sensitive viewers Viewer discretion is advised
